llms.txt for wedding vendors

Couples are asking AI assistants for photographers, venues, planners and florists. Help them find you, with the facts couples care about.

What couples ask AI

Couples ask "best wedding photographer in Austin", "affordable wedding venue near me" or "wedding florist for a small wedding". AI assistants recommend vendors whose style, location, travel area and price range they can read clearly. Directory listings help, but your own website is where you control the facts.

What to put in a wedding llms.txt

Say what you do and your style in plain words, where you are based and how far you travel, the kinds of weddings you love (small, elopements, big celebrations), a starting price if you are happy to share it, and how couples can check your availability for their date.

How to use it

  1. Pick your vendor type and fill in your details.
  2. Add your services and, if you like, a starting price.
  3. Get the full file by email, upload it, and check it at yourwebsite.com/llms.txt.

Questions

Should I include prices?

A "from" price helps AI answer "affordable" questions and saves you time with couples outside your budget. Leave it out if you would rather quote personally.

I travel a lot. What do I write?

Your home base first, then where you travel ("Texas Hill Country, destination weddings worldwide").

Do directories still matter?

Yes. AI tools read directories and reviews too. llms.txt adds a clear summary on your own site.
