This policy explains what information Launch Nation ("we", "us") collects, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers our website (launch-nation.com), our app (app.launch-nation.com), the lead pages we host for our customers, and the emails we send to businesses. Questions: adcoach@launch-nation.com.
The short version
- We do not sell personal information.
- Leads submitted on a customer's page belong to that customer. We process them only to deliver the service.
- Patient, homeowner and couple names, emails and phone numbers are never sent to Google or other ad platforms.
- You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, and ask us to delete your information.
1. Information we collect
If you use Launch Nation (our customers)
- Account details: name, email, phone, password (stored securely by our authentication provider) and business details such as brokerage or practice name, license number, office address, photos and logos you upload.
- Connected accounts: if you connect Google Ads or your Google business listing, we access the data needed to run your campaigns and show your reviews.
- Bookings: if you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and the time you choose.
If you submit a form on a page we host for a business
Real estate agents, dental practices and wedding businesses use Launch Nation to host pages such as home-value, appointment request or wedding date-check forms. When you submit one, we collect what you enter (for example name, email, phone, property address, the treatment you're interested in, or your wedding date, guest count, budget and venue), your consent choices, and technical details such as the page, the time, how you found the page (see section 3) and a hash derived from your IP address that we use to limit automated or repeated submissions. We pass this to the business you contacted. That business decides how your information is used; please contact them directly with questions, or contact us and we will forward your request.
Dental forms may include health-related information. We use it only to deliver your request to the practice. It is never used for advertising and never sent to Google or other ad platforms.
Emails we send for a wedding business. After you send an inquiry on a wedding business's page, we send you one immediate reply in that business's name, telling you whether your date is open on their calendar. If the business turns them on, you may also get a few short follow-ups, or a note if a date you asked about opens up. Every follow-up has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all of them for that business. A wedding business may also link its own privacy policy from its page.
If you are a business we contact
We email real estate agents, wedding businesses and other businesses about our service. For that we use publicly available business information, such as your name, business email, brokerage or company, city and your public website. We may build a personalized sample ("preview") page and sample ad from that information to show what we would create for you. A preview is a sample only: it is not published as an ad and is not listed or indexed by search engines; it is reachable only through the private link we send. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your preview at any time.
Usage information
When you visit our website, app or a preview page, we collect information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, the referring page, and on preview pages how long you stayed, how far you scrolled and which buttons you clicked. We also record whether our emails were delivered and their links clicked.
2. How we use information
- To provide the service: build and host pages, deliver leads and alerts, run and report on Google Ads campaigns.
- To communicate with you: onboarding, support, service updates and, for businesses, outreach emails you can opt out of.
- To measure and improve our website, app and emails.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
AI features. Some features, such as drafting ad copy or page text, use AI providers. They receive only the content needed for that feature (for example a business's website text or details you entered) and return a draft. Customers review drafts before anything is published.
3. Cookies and analytics
- Our website (launch-nation.com) uses Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) to measure visits, and Hotjar (Contentsquare) to understand how visitors use our pages through heatmaps and session recordings.
- Our app (app.launch-nation.com) uses Google Analytics on our own pages. Session recording is not used in the app.
- Pages we host for customers do not load our Google Analytics or Hotjar. To show the business which sources work, wedding pages count visits with a random session identifier (the page, the day and the source, not your name or email), and remember in your browser for up to 90 days how you first arrived (campaign parameters, ad click identifiers and the referring page) so it can be attached to an inquiry you send.
- A customer's own tags. A customer may add their own Google Ads or Google Analytics tag to their pages. On wedding pages that tag loads only after you accept the cookie notice, and it reports events such as an inquiry sent or the phone number tapped, without your name, email or phone number. That data goes to the customer's own Google account.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:
- With the business you contacted, when you submit a form on its page.
- With service providers who process it for us: Supabase (database and authentication), Netlify and our website host (hosting), Brevo and Mailjet (email delivery), Calendly (scheduling), Google (Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager and business listing reviews), Hotjar/Contentsquare (website analytics), Anthropic and Google Gemini (AI drafting), and our email outreach platform.
- With Google Ads, for conversion tracking: when a customer uses it, we send Google the ad click identifier, the conversion time and a value. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers or health information.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights and users' safety.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale, under this policy's protections.
5. How long we keep information
- Account information: while your account is active, then as needed for legal, tax and security purposes.
- Leads: for as long as the customer keeps them in their account, or until deleted on request.
- Page visit counts: kept as records linked to a random session identifier, not to a person. How you first arrived at a wedding page is kept in your browser for up to 90 days.
- Outreach information: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep a minimal record of your email address so we don't contact you again.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us.
- Access, correction and deletion: you can ask what we hold about you, correct it or delete it.
- California residents have the right to know, correct and delete personal information and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
- Canadian residents may request access to and correction of their personal information, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
To make a request, email adcoach@launch-nation.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we aim to respond within 30 days. If your information came from a form on a customer's page, we may refer your request to that business.
8. Where information is processed
We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. When information is transferred, we rely on our providers' safeguards.
9. Children
Launch Nation is for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will let customers know by email or in the app.
